*Trip means a ($3000 AUD) travel gift card, redeemable through a travel supplier such as House of Travel. The gift card can be used for flights and/or accommodation, depending on the total cost of your chosen travel plans. Our reference to Win a Trip to Bali is based on the typical cost of return flights for two people to Bali ex. Auckland. What the gift card covers will depend on the total cost of the travel you choose. If your travel costs more than ($3,000 AUD), the gift card may only cover a portion of the trip, such as flights, and you will need to pay any additional costs.

1. The promoter is: House of G Brands Limited trading as The Brooklyn and Dashed (thebrooklyn.co.nz, thebrooklyn.net, thebrooklyn.sg and godashed.com).
2. The competition is open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Ireland, The United States and The United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The Brooklyn or Dashed, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Each completed order placed on any of the participating websites between 1 January 2025 and 1 February 2025 (NZDT) will constitute one entry into the draw. Multiple orders will result in multiple entries.
5. Closing date for entry is 1 February 2025 at Midnight NZDT. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries not received for any reason.
7. The rules of the competition and method of entry are as outlined above.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows: one AUD $3000 travel gift card, redeemable through a reputable travel supplier chosen by the promoter such as House of Travel. The gift card can be used for flights and/or accommodation. The chosen supplier must be agreed to by the promoter. If the selected supplier cannot fulfil the gift card or if unforeseen circumstances arise, an equivalent alternative of the same value will be offered.
11. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries by the Director of House of G Brands Limited.
12. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram or Facebook (depending on their account details in the order) within seven days of the draw date. The winner will only ever be contacted by an official representative of The Brooklyn or Dashed. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw or forfeit the prize entirely.
13. The promoter will notify the winner regarding when and how the prize will be delivered.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
17. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as details of their winning entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any entrant will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s name will be available 7 days after the closing date by emailing hello@thebrooklyn.co.nz.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
