At first I was a little worried when the bed arrived because it seems so big! But seeing the way my dog stretches out on it now, I’m glad I went with the Jumbo size. He loves to sleep in all kinds of random positions and the raised edges are perfect since he still has a place to rest his head. I barely had the bed out of the packaging before he grabbed his cooling blanket made himself a nest, then crashed out hard for a nap.
I’m also happy my order was shipped from their Canadian warehouse which meant no customs fees.
I did take off a star because it was very frustrating to see less than a week after I ordered, the bed was on sale for $50 less than what I paid which is a real kick in the teeth considering this bed is super expensive.
P.S. My dog is a 30lbs Korean Village Dog with a long body and shorter legs. He’s leaner and taller than a corgi (I hate when reviews don’t include helpful info).

My Beautiful 14 year old Staffy Girl loves her new bed! She’s 20 kilos and I ordered the regular size which is perfect for her. This is a high quality, beautiful dog bed that will be so good for her joints. She just melts into her new nest and looks so comfy! I’m thrilled with this purchase. It’s an investment but well worth it.

Quel lit extraordinaire, wow! J'ai un gros chien, c'est un Bernedoodle de 100 lbs et je n'étais pas sûre que la taille jumbo serait suffisante. Je dois admettre que ce lit est parfait, très confortable et assez frais pour ma Funky qui a toujours chaud (elle peut rester coucher dans la neige pendant 1h sans broncher). Mon chien a tendance à me suivre partout mais depuis l'achat de son lit, elle l'a adopté et je la trouve souvent roulée en boule à faire un somme ou la tête sur le rebord à se détendre. Je suis très heureuse de mon achat, le matériel est de grande qualité et le coussin va bien vieillir avec mon gros pitou. Un incontournable, cela vaut amplement le prix payé!

Definitely the most expensive dog bed I've ever purchased but I knew it would be worth it as I can tell the quality was amazing even though the videos and pictures alone. Dexter , our blue heeler opened the box as soon as we got it through the door . We helped him with the plastic vacuum bag, but as soon as we fluffed it up , we set it down with his favorite pillow and blanket and he nestled right in. He had to adjust to having the built in head rest , the rim of the nest, which he now uses . He had his first nap after a day of playtime and you can tell he enjoys the comfort. Especially over his old bed . I'm very happy with the delivery, the quality of the bed is amazing and the design is beautiful and it just fits Dexter so much. Even my daughter's wanted to nest in and sleep with him.
I'm very happy to made this purchase for him and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants the best for their pet. As I truly believe it's the best out there.

This is our Fur Baby Harley she's currently 6 months and weighs 21.2kgs and this bed fits her perfectly with room left to spare. She absolutely loves her jumbo nest bed! The cooling side she enjoys with the humidity rising, and when she's cold she grabs her blankets. Being her young self she has tried to bite and eat the bed and there is NO teeth or scratch marks which we are so happy about, and we love that she loves the bed.

We have a ten year old lab who is having difficulty getting up after sleeping. I bought this bed hoping that he would be really comfortable and that it would support his hips during sleep. He loves to be in the bed but is actually having difficulty getting in and out of the bed due to his sore hips.
I think maybe more padding in the bed and a little less height in the edge would help.
I do love the fabric and washability. This is our second bed from you!

I purchased the Brooklyn® Nest Dog Bed (Jumbo) in November 2025, expecting a premium product that would last. Unfortunately, it has been a massive letdown.
The Issues: 1- Durability vs. Usage: I care for one dog who only uses this bed one night per week. Despite this extremely light use, the quality has already failed.
2- The Smell: I recently removed the covers for a routine wash only to find that the internal foam filling has developed a significant, unpleasant odor. For a bed that is marketed as high-quality, the foam should not be trapping smells or degrading this quickly—especially with such minimal use. Not even to mention the severe discolouration of the internal foam.
3- Customer Support: When I reached out to their team to resolve the issue, they were entirely unhelpful. There was no attempt to stand behind their product or offer a reasonable solution.
Final Verdict: Don't let the branding fool you. Between the poor material integrity and the lack of support, this bed is not worth the investment. I expected a lot more for a "Jumbo" tier product. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Do you offer returns & exchanges?
Due to the nature of how these beds are packed, we unfortunately do not allow returns & exchanges for this item once the vacuum seal has been broken.
All beds still in their original seal are valid to be returned given it has been less than 30 days since delivery.

How do I wash the bed?
This bed features removable covers on both the inner mattress & and the rims.
For Washing: Simply un-zip the covers and place into the wash on a gentle cycle.
For Drying: Place into covers into the dryer on a low-heat setting, or air dry for best results.
Note: The foam filling is not washable & does not need to be washed.
What's the warranty for the bed?
This bed has a 3-Year 'No Sag' Guarantee on the beds rims. Made with a super supportive latex foam, this bed is made to last.
What is the bed made of?
Our exterior breathable netting is made to keep your dog comfortable year round.
It also features a waterproof liner on the inner mattress to protect from any accidents.
The rims are made from our super supportive orthopaedic latex foam.
The inner mattress features 8cm of memory foam and 2cm of our brand new cooling gel.
How do I pick the right size?
We recommend taking some time to measure your dog to pick their size accurately.
We know it can be tricky unless you're the local dog whisperer, but give our size recommender a go for a bit of help if measuring becomes too tricky.
As a rule of thumb, the regular size is best for dogs under 15kg & the jumbo size is better for dogs over 15kg.
Is it too hot for summer?
Not at all - We've incorporated our world first cooling gel technology. This helps regulate your dogs temperature to ensure they don't get too hot while resting.
When it gets to the colder months, simply flip the mattress over & you're good to go.
