Simply unzip the top layer, and wash on a gentle cycle for best results.
Line dry or place inside a dryer on a low heat.
For the waterproof liner, we recommend just wiping with a cloth, as washing this will remove it's effectiveness.

I really like this bed for my cockapoo puppy. It fits PERFECTLY in her crate, but right now I’ve got it out on the floor. It really does have the memory foam feeling to it, whenever I sit on the floor in her play pen with her, I always sit on this bed 😅 I got the boucle cover to match a some furniture in my room and it’s beautiful. Allow the bed a few days to fully puff up before use and I think you will be happy with it. I also really REALLY like the option for removable washable covers and a waterproof layer around the memory foam. Covers are very easy to switch out, haven’t tried washing yet. If you want to invest in a high quality bed instead of constantly repurchasing cheap ones, this is a great option. I can’t speak for chew durability as my puppy is too small to actually damage it if she chews. There’s no incentive to my review, but my journey to find a dog bed online somehow was so exhausting, so I just hope this helps someone else. Overall, yes I recommend this bed especially if you prefer to pay for a quality item and not have to think about buying a bed again.
Love it! I realized my smaller dog was more of a sprawler in the donut bed. She used to just curl into a ball when she was younger, but maybe Brooklyn beds are too comfortable. I decided to also get the memory foam bed but in a larger size so my two girls could share. I was hesitant because they haven't taken to flat or memory foam beds in the past, but this was an instant success! I hope they'll like it enough to stay off our bed at night. I do wish the mattress protector was a bit less noisy, but I suppose that's a small thing. Also, it would be nice if Brooklyn could bring back the extra rim covers for this one. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. This is such an improvement over their previous beds. It's expensive, yes, but I haven't seen such quality in any storebought beds. If you have an aging dog, just do it! It's very thick and supportive, and the fluffy cover means they'll fall in love with it instantly.
Our dog Marley loves his new bed. He has arthritis in his legs and this bed offers a super comfortable place to sleep. Also love that I can remove cover for washing. Easy company to deal with and fast delivery

Winnie has one small bed, pink, and a medium bed, blue. She sleeps so well in these beds, she looks so cozy and always picks these beds over anything else in the room to lounge in. I am very happy with the bed, so I purchased another and a plush blanket.

We found easy to order on line. Quick delivery. We wanted light waterproof bedding for caravaning. This bed is perfect for us traveling. Both cats and dog love it.
Not as good as our original one. Found it very hard to even out the foam in the base. One of my dogs completely avoids it!

Usually at this kind of price point, a business is ready to offer service and support to make their customers happy, particularly when the business makes the error. After stuffing up my order and me having to return some items that were mistakenly sent to me, I was then told the item I originally ordered was no longer in stock and I could not get it. A disappointing and pointless end to a long back-and-forth.
Finally a dog bed that's perfect for my greyhound, 120cm x 100cm, he can stretch out, and good memory foam. It's not a ridiculous price either, my boy is happy. Thanks
I am not really at all impressed. I thought it would be more thick and therapeutic than the bed he has and am sorely disappointed. I wasted my money and chose a new bed too quickly. Advertising doesn’t mean quality. Am bummed
Ordered 2XL ultra memory foam orthopaedic bed because it said “now 1.2 m wide for my big dog but it is not the case it’s only .80 m wide so don’t get fooled like me. I am Disappointed by the false advertising
The zipper is not durable
We bought the 2xl rectangular memory foam bed and our dog loves it. He sleeps so well when on it. Easy to clean, cover washable. The only complaint I have is the company may be Australian , but our bed was actually shipped from NZ and we in turn were then charged an international surcharge, which of course they dont tell you on their website. Unfortunately the owner wasn't very helpful replying to our email about this..which is a pity, customer service- 1⭐️, the product is brilliant 5⭐️

All Brooklyn® beds come with 30-day returns and exchanges, meaning if you accidentally pick the wrong size, or decide it's not quite right you, that’s no problem.
When your bed arrives, we encourage you to rip open the packaging and fluff up your brand new Brooklyn bed. Inspect it, feel the softness (wish you had a 'human one' for yourself) before deciding yay or nay. The only thing we kindly ask is that you do not let your dog touch the bed while deciding.

Our exterior faux fur is made of high-quality polyester, while the interior includes a waterproof lining. The bed filling is a thick 50% Memory Foam, 50% Orthopedic Foam base, for ultimate (but breathable) comfort.
We only use the finest of materials when engineering this top-of-the-line bed.
